If you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For one believes with the heart and so is justified, and one confesses with the mouth and so is saved. (Paul to the Romans)

Scripture says: “No one who believes in him will be put to shame.” For there is no distinction between Jew and Greek; the same Lord is Lord of all, enriching all who call upon him. For “everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved.”

But how can they call on him in whom they have not believed? And how can they believe in him of whom they have not heard? And how can they hear without someone to preach? And how can people preach unless they are sent? As it is written, ‘How beautiful are the feet of those who bring the good news!”

We bless you Father for the prophetic mission you have entrusted to us, so that we may communicate the mystery of Christ to everyone through all the means of communication.

May God, who chose the Blessed Virgin Mary and worked wonders in her, enlighten our minds so that with our Mother Mary, we may know him more deeply and strive always to spread the truth and peace of Jesus, who lives and reigns as our King and Savior. Amen.

It is written, “How beautiful are the feet of those who bring the good news!” Praise to you, Lord God, for the wonder of digital communications and social media, which manifests a new iconography. May these means foster spaces of dialogue and communion, where men and women of today are able to encounter Christ.

Father, God of all Blessings, to communicate your love to all, you sent your only Son Jesus Christ into the world and made him our Master – the Way, Truth and Life of humanity. Bless each one of us and shower us with your graces for your glory and the good of all people.

Welcome us, dear Lord, as your loved children and teach us to be attentive, and docile with a prayerful heart. Then we will better hear your voice and understand your will. Place us in your school where we will learn wisdom from the all-surpassing knowledge of Christ your Son, until he is formed in each of us. Amen.

Holy Spirit, Spouse of the Virgin, as you descended upon Mary and the apostles gathered in prayer, be with us, the new apostles of our day. May our hearts be open to follow where the Lord leads and send us. Place our personal gifts at the service of your Gospel, so that whatever the Father asks we will be aware that we are being sent in the name of Jesus his Son. Amen.

Pope John Paul once said in his General Audience that the words in Psalm 86 invite us to an “Ecumenical Prayer” that holds all nations in one embrace.

Those people who are different by origin, history and culture are now one, viewing the great “vision” of Isaiah who describes the procession of all nations toward the “mountain of the house of the Lord.” They are an undivided people and praise the Lord with one heart, glorifying his name forever.
