“Ask a Catholic Nun” Facebook Page Wins Readers’ Choice Award

March 18, 2011 (Boston) — The “Ask a Catholic Nun” page on Facebook is a new webpage that currently boasts over 12,000 fans. The page hosts a type of online forum (through the wall and comments medium) in which the many fans can ask questions about the faith and receive well-researched and concise answers to their queries. “Ask a Catholic Nun” is hosted by Sr. Susan James Heady and Sr. Marianne Lorraine Trouvé, two sisters in the congregation of women religious called the Daughters of St. Paul, in collaboration with www.ucatholic.com. The sisters have fostered a friendly and open online community in which people can feel secure that their questions will be given serious thought and that sound Catholic wisdom will be offered.
